SERIES:
The world in which we live

TITRE/TITLE:
You like paintings of farms, sunsets, hills and ancestral homes with backgrounds of fall foliage? Paintings that you put on your walls the way you put postage stamps on envelopes? Reminders of the world that we are destroying? And you expect artists to continue supplying you with pretty pictures while you continue to put fiberglass penguins in the landscape? Would you put a painting of the fiberglass penguins in your living room? No. Do you think I enjoyed making this painting? Not in the least. To whomever “tagged” the penguins: you could do a lot better, it’s a great canvas.

PRICE:
No one in his right mind would buy this picture. Yet, this is the world that we accept living in.

MEDIA:
Watercolor and acrylic on paper
